Wedding photographer frequently asked questions
here are the answers to some of the questions about wedding photography that I get asked most often.

Q How long after the wedding will we receive the disc of images?
A I aim to deliver the the disc of images to you as soon as possible. Often this is will be when you return
from your honeymoon,typically this would be two weeks although in peak periods it can be a bit longer.
Q How early do we need to book our wedding photographer?
A For peak spring and summer dates it is not unusual to receive bookings 12-18months in advance of the wedding date.
Once you have booked your venue, you should choose your photographer, and pay a deposit to secure your booking.
Q What happens if it rains?
A There are not many days when it rains all day.
Quite often it is possible to dodge the showers with
the help of a couple of brollies!
However just in case of torrential rain I always bring my professional studio lighting equipment for indoor photography.
Q Do we need to feed the photographer?
A I work almost continuously for 8-10 hours. So I do ask that I am provided with a meal and soft drinks during your wedding breakfast. I do not have to sit with the wedding guests.
Q How long will we have to wait for our wedding album?
A All of the albums I supply are individually designed based on your wedding photographs.
Once you have approved the design for the album layouts,
most of the albums I supply can be delivered in two to three weeks. Some albums from different producers do take longer,

Q Are you insured?
A I have Public Liability insurance for £5million and I also have Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Q What do you wear on our wedding day?
A My usual choice is to wear a suit.
Q Can you provide an online gallery of our wedding photos?
A Yes all of my packages include the option of an online gallery with a password if required.
Q How do I make a booking?
A To secure your booking a non-refundable booking fee of £200 is required.
We will meet to discuss the details of your day to agree requested photographs
The balance is due 4 weeks before the wedding date. Cancellation after this time is chargeable in full.
