We will meet again 4 weeks before your wedding to agree requested photographs

The balance is due 4 weeks before the wedding date. Cancellation after this time is chargeable in full.

Dale Cherry is insured for public liability and professional indemnity.

The photographer shall own the copyright in all images.

The client has the rights to print from the dvd under the following conditions:

The dvd, digital images, prints and future reprints are for personal use and the purposes of giving photographs to friends and relatives and making prints and albums.

The client must obtain written permission from and compensate the photographer prior to the client/friends/relatives & others publishing or selling the photographs for profit or commercial gain.

I work almost continuously for 8-10 hours. So I do ask that I am provided with a meal and soft drinks during your wedding breakfast. I do not have to sit with the wedding guests.

Unless specifically otherwise agreed in writing between the photographer and the customer, the photographer is entitled to use any material for portfolio, advertising, marketing and promotion of the photographer's business and that of his business partners.
